Critical Raw Materials Closed Loop Recovery project is investing in trials to demonstrate methods that challenge the current way that waste electronic and electrical equipment (WEEE) is collected and how target critical raw materials are recovered. These trials were procured between April 2016 and January 2017, and will run until July 2018. They are taking place in four countries and are being carried out by five contractors. Each trial is supported by a member of the Critical Raw Materials Closed Loop Recovery project team.
